A rotary device designed to be installed in an aircraft to automatically control the extension and retraction of a shoulder harness attachment cable or webbing. It incorporates an inertia locking mechanism that restrains the forward movement of flight personnel in the event of abrupt deceleration of the aircraft. It may include the attachment cable or webbing and the manually or electrically operated controls.
A hand grip, usually of pistol grip design, made of rubber, plastic or other material and designed to be mounted on an aircraft control stick to provide a formed gripping surface. It incorporates electrical controls, such as resistor(s) and/or switches for remotely actuating associated equipment, such as servos, armament, trim tabs, and the like. FLIGHT CONTROL GROUP
A collection of items, that provide facilities for electronic control of one or more items in flight.
An item consisting of a casing with fittings and attachments on each end and a spirally wound wire core with formed end(s) and/or crimped on end fittings. It is designed to transmit rotary motion around bends from a motor or other power source to drive various types of equipment, such as tachometers, speedometers, remote controls, instruments, and the like, which are located at an angle and/or distance from the power source. INSTALLATION KIT,JETTISON FUEL TANK
An installation kit used to equip vehicles for auxiliary fuel tank(s), and facilities to discard the fuel tank(s) when no longer needed.

A rigid metal item usually fabricated from steel castings and/or welded steel pieces and designed with one or more hole(s) in line to accompany and hold, align, or support a mechanical shaft that rotates through an arc not to exceed 360 degrees (6.282 radians). It may have provision to accommodate a bushing or sleeve but usually it has a straight drilled shaft-support hole. Mounting holes are provided for attaching to a supporting member or main body. A rigid item usually in the form of an arm of various shapes and cross sections, containing two or more holes so spaced that one serves as a pivot with or without hubs and must have a definite means for securing to a shaft (such as threaded hole for set-screw, keyway(s), splines, serrations or some clamping device). A device which provides automatic activation, at preset intervals, of the aircraft crewmember ejection seat escape systems and subsystems. It activates immediately after the seat is ejected from the aircraft. It contains logic circuitry to select the best mode of operation for a full range of escape conditions based upon speed and altitude at the time of ejection. It also contains internal thermal batteries, when activated, provides power to operate timing circuits and initiate electrical impulses that actuate subsystem ballistic devices.

An item which receives air pressure from the pitot static system to actuate the safety lap belt initiator lever causing the safety lap belt to open in one second at an airspeed of 310 knots or below. A grouping of integrated components which allow the automatic deployment and retrieval of various towed body sensors. The subassembly uses capture and transfer devices for the tow ball, to and from the tow point and docking station. Excludes: MINE SWEEPING EQUIPMENT.
CABLE CATCH ASSEMBLY
A tow cable capture device designed for relief of the load from the winch by clamping over the tow stop during the transport of the sensor/tow body and holding it secure.

A structure which is the interface between the SEAT, AIRCRAFT EJECTION and the aircraft. It guides the seat on its movement by means of a set of rollers on the back edges of the sides or by means of slippers on the inside of the main beam assembly.

FLANGE,HOSE REEL DRUM
An item usually flat and circular which is mounted on the two sides of a DRUM, HOSE REEL to constitute a REEL ASSEMBLY, HOSE. Excludes FLANGE, REEL, CABLE.
BASE,AIRCRAFT CONTROL STICK
An item consisting of two or more elements. The upper part is fixed on a CONTROL STICK, AIRCRAFT and slides on the lower part. It is designed to protect the stop plate of the control stick. Excludes BOOT, AIRCRAFT COMPONENTS.
An item designed to collect dripping water from personnel recovered by a helicopter or amphibious aircraft after being rescued. It is closed around the interior perimeter except for the open side along the aircraft door. Water collected is drained outside the aircraft by the open side.
END CAP,AIRCRAFT POD

WINDOW WASHER ASSEMBLY
A collection of items used to spray fluid to clean a window. May include a reservoir, pump, nozzles, tubing, hoses, hose couplings, mounting attachments and the like.
An item designed to direct and control a stream of fluid to a window. May include bracket for mounting.
